We are looking for a Junior Product Manager / Associate Product Manager / Product Owner to join an exciting startup B2C marketplace which has secured seed funding and is planning to scale their product nationally.
You’ll be joining a small close-knit team which is aiming to revolutionise the sector they operate in. You will be hands on, eager, and will be growing your career in product hand in hand with the company. This role is reporting directly into the Senior Product Manager.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in their office located in Central London.
The Junior Product Manager / Associate Product Manager / Product Owner will:
* Own the roadmap for at least one product
* Drive decisions and prioritisation of your product(s) through measuring, reporting and using KPIs
* Conduct market research to ensure competitive advantage and PMF
* Communicate and manage internal stakeholder relationships, ensuring user needs are delivered
* Streamline and optimise operations, processes and features to enable scale
The Junior Product Manager / Associate Product Manager / Product Owner must have:
* Some experience of product management, or have a strong desire to move into product management and have been in a technical / project role ideally in consumer facing environment (eCommerce, Marketplace, Travel, Media, FinTech)
* An understanding of digital products (B2B/B2C)
* A data-driven and analytical mindset
* Clear and concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
* Be passionate for the user experience, ensuring it is balanced between other factors such as commercial.
