In Life Product Manager / CRM Product Manager / Subscriptions Product Manager needed by fast growing, D2C Brand who are scaling rapidly.
In Life Product Manager / CRM Product Manager / Subscriptions Product Manager will own all the aspects of the digital customer experience after signing up (e.g. my account, crm, offers, check-out etc…).
The In Life Product Manager / CRM Product Manager / Subscriptions Product Manager will:
*Fully own the customer journey from the moment they subscribe.
*Use data and study the customer’s behaviour to drive decision making and the
development of subscription products (discounts, new products etc..).
*Be responsible for recording, prioritising, and solving any CRM issues.
*Be an active member of the Product Management team, able to collaborate and
communicate in a fast-paced environment.
The In Life Product Manager / CRM Product Manager / Subscriptions Product Manager will have:
*A product background within customer experience in any consumer sector, such as
eCommerce.
*Previous experience managing the customer’s journey and through “my app”, “log in”
etc.
*Experience with both, quantitative and qualitative research ( eg. A/ B testing,
customer prototypes etc..).
*An analytical mind.
