Head of Product Marketing / Senior Product Marketing Manager needed by a start-up FinTech with adventurous scaling plans as they look to enter the UK market as well as rapidly scale their Marketing Department from 0 to 3 in the next 6 months.
The Head of Product Marketing / Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the founders and will shape the marketing strategy to scale the acquisition of the B2B payment offering of the company following their first funding round.
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £70-90k + Equity + Benefits
This is an exciting opportunity to for a Head of Product Marketing / Senior Product Marketing Manager to join an early stage FinTech who are already undergoing their second funding round. The Head of Product Marketing / Senior Product Marketing Manager will take full ownership of the marketing department, strategy and as well as company direction and use a diverse range of B2B marketing skills to elevate the company to new heights.
The Head of Product Marketing / Senior Product Marketing Manager will:
* Develop and manage the implementation and budgeting of the marketing strategy across all online channels. Email, PPC, retargeting, social media, SEO and more!
* Identify target SME’s, increase product awareness through producing tailored content and executing acquisition campaigns.
* Build, lead and inspire a team, working with external agencies as needed.
* Be the customers voice within the company, ensure competitor analysis and market research is carried out to ensure the product is the best it can be.
* Work closely with product and engineering teams to consistently improve the product offering and increase customer acquisition.
The Head of Product Marketing / Senior Product Marketing Manager must have:
* Proven experience in B2B Product marketing.
* A hands-on, fast paced & strategic mindset.
* Excellent analytic, stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong brand and content strategy experience with either agency or in house.
* Experience building, scaling, and coaching a team.
* A strong customer focus and the ability to translate customer needs internally.
* Strong storytelling experience.
* Experience of working in a FinTech or SAAS environment.
