Head of Marketing / SaaS Marketing Leader / B2B Head of Growth needed by an award winning B2B software startup company. Their brand is already highly respected throughout their industry and have already seen revenue grow over 50% in the last year.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will manage a team of passionate and talented marketers while being able to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on and close to the detail.

Head of Marketing / SaaS Marketing Leader / B2B Head of Growth will be responsible for:
* Set all digital KPIs and targets, then forecast and own the budget needed to deliver them.
* Work alongside the leadership team and in collaboration with the sales team to define strategy.
* Leading the Marketing team of six, guiding and empowering them to success, and supporting their growth.
* Increasing inbound lead generation and driving continuous improvements across the marketing funnel.
* Collaborating with sales to grow the outbound pipeline.

Head of Marketing / SaaS Marketing Leader / B2B Head of Growth must have:
* Proven experience growing a B2B Saas brand across any sector, such as eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc.
* Very strong numerical and analytical skill to measure activity and drive performance.
* Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
* The ability to be comfortable making complex decisions with limited information, and owning the results of these decisions.
