Head of Marketing/ Marketing Lead/ Director of Marketing needed by one of the fastest-growing online search engines in the world.
They’re backed by some of most successful VCs around Europe and are already successful, with market-leading tech, 10M+ monthly users, 16 countries, tens of millions in revenue, profitable, 100 people and growing – but their ambition is even larger. They’re looking for someone to take ownership of the entire marketing function throughout the business.
The Head of Marketing/ Marketing Lead/ Director of Marketing will:-
*Define and manage the execution of entire marketing campaigns and activities across relevant channels.
*Define brand vision, tone of voice and positioning – to drive overall experience and long-term recognition.
*Take full ownership of all KPIs relating to customer acquisition.
*Manage and mentor a team of talented marketers.
The Head of Marketing/ Marketing Lead/ Director of Marketing must have:-
*Proven experience growing out a brand across any sector such as eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc.
*Strong analytical skills to measure activity and drive performance.
*Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing.
*Great campaign management.
*Clear ability to wear multiple hats – hands on execution, optimisation, tactical planning, managing relationships with platforms etc.
