Head of Growth/ Head of Performance Marketing / Head of Marketing needed by an exciting, rapidly expanding, cash positive tech Start-up.
Reporting working alongside the CEO, the Head of Growth/ Head of Performance Marketing / Head of Marketing will lead consumer acquisition and retention across UK and global territories. This consumer marketplace organisation is cash positive and witnessing staggering customer growth, mostly using digital agencies and PR. This new and broad role will bring digital marketing activities in house and drive acquisition using PPC, SEO, CRO and Paid Social, as well as PR (managing an agency) if desired.
The Head of Growth/ Head of Performance Marketing / Head of Marketing Manager will:-
*Deliver an acquisition strategy across all digital channels including PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Programmatic campaigns.
*Pinpoint how to intercept the target demographic at the right moment and deliver the correct message in order to convert them.
*Grow and manage paid online channels focusing on both web and app (Google ads, UAC, Facebook, Google, Apple Search, etc.)
*Work closely with the marketing analyst to implement framework for tracking & reporting.
The Head of Growth/ Head of Performance Marketing / Head of Marketing must have:-
*Proven B2C experience from any online consumer sector, such as retail, eCommerce, fintech, edtech, proptech, gaming, travel, media, etc.
·Outstanding Analytical, organisational and leadership skills.
·An enthusiastic and confident attitude to allow you to build relationships effectively.
·2-5 years digital marketing ideally within a fast-moving start-up environment.
·An entrepreneurial and commercially focused mindset.
·Experience in working with customer data.
