We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Specialist / Demand Generation Manager to join a leading B2B digital services firm. They’ve seen enormous growth in the last 10 years and operate in over 10 countries across the globe. The company works directly with 600,000+ SMEs to heighten their digital and brand presence through creative design, SaaS marketing tools and digital solutions.

The Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Specialist / Demand Generation Manager will be fully responsible for developing strategies to generate and convert new clientele. The Growth Marketing Specialist / Growth Marketing Manager / Demand Generation Manager will also create and manage lead magnets, referral programs and marketing strategies, especially focusing on US audiences, to create brand awareness among SMEs.

This role is fully remote, and open to all applicants from the English-speaking world, except Australia and New Zealand.

The Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Specialist / Demand Generation Manager will:
– Develop and implement creative lead generation strategies, both online and offline.
– Plan and implement digital campaigns for lead conversion, utilising in-house and external tools and design teams.
– Boost brand awareness among SMEs worldwide.
– Collaborate with other marketing teams owning digital advertising and social media ads to ensure the company hits monthly sales KPIs.

The Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Specialist / Demand Generation Manager must:
– Have proven experience in a demand generation, lead generation or customer conversion role.
– Demonstrate successful performance in previous campaigns, outlining the steps taken to ensure customer conversion.
– Have experience targeting SMEs in B2B marketing strategies.
– Be confident working with and promoting B2B SaaS platforms and digital services.
