Growth Lead / Head of Performance Marketing / Head of Growth Marketing needed by one of the largest and most loved market places within the UK.
As they start to transform a new pillar of the business, they’re looking for someone to head up all paid acquisition channels and play a pivotal role within the business moving forward.
The Growth Lead / Head of Performance Marketing / Head of Growth Marketing will:-
*Oversee paid media budgets across all channels
*Lead the use of the advertising tech stack including Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform across both B2B and B2C channels
*Lead conversion rate optimisation testing and analysis
*Line manage a talented paid search specialist
The Growth Lead / Head of Performance Marketing / Head of Growth Marketing must have:-
*A significant amount of proven experience using Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform (inc. Google Analytics 360) and Google Ad Manager 360 essential. Experience using other 3rd party tools (e.g. Facebook Ad Manager, RTB Advertiser Panel etc.) an advantage.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders professionally and build good relationships.
*Excellent written and numerical skills including copy-writing.
*Analytical thinker, able to convert data and insights into trends and forecasts.
*Excellent quantitative skills with the ability to interrogate large data sets.
*Strong presentation skills and the ability to present the latest updates in PPC back to the wider business.
*Highly self-motivated and willing to get stuck in with hands-on work as well as being strategic.
