Global Marketing Director/ Director of Global Communication needed by a world leading information database and strategic research business. They’re a recognised innovator who are constantly growing and evolving. With an award-winning product portfolio operating across 80 different countries, there’s certainly no slowing down.
This role involves owning and driving the marketing and communications strategy across their 15 offices worldwide. Throughout the business, this role encompasses all press and media activity. From lead generation, through to branding and comms.
Global Marketing Director/ Director of Global Communication will:-
*Positioning the business as the global leader in market research, building brand awareness across all audiences.
*Direct global initiatives to grow effectiveness and impact of public relations, marketing, events, multimedia and social media strategies for worldwide operations.
*Devise and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to support successful product launches, showcase events and spur new business development.
*Partner with the sales leadership to deliver our global marketing strategy.
*Employ both traditional and new media communication platforms to promote company messaging.
*Ensure perfect implementation of all program elements across our multichannel launches incorporating elements in media relations, marketing, branding, lead generation, social and multimedia.
*Lead, develop and mentor a talented team of senior marketers and their teams.
Global Marketing Director/ Director of Global Communication must have:-
*Proven experience growing a B2B brand across any sector, such as eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc.
*Proven experience managing a team across all marketing channels.
*Very strong numerical and analytical skill to measure activity and drive performance.
*Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing.
*Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Familiarity with the marketing tech stack (sales and marketing automation and measurement tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, AEM and Google Analytics).
*The ability to be comfortable making complex decisions with limited information and owning the results of these decisions.
