Working for a well-known consumer edtech business, the Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / CRO Manager / CRO Specialist role involves setting up and executing the experimentation roadmap, with a particular focus on driving conversion across their suite of customer websites.

The Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / CRO Manager / CRO Specialist will lead the CRO strategy, engaging with a wide variety of different stakeholders (Product Owners, UX/UI, PMs, Marketing) to drive experimentation and improvements online.

This is a full time, permanent role requiring 3 days per week travel to their main office in Central London.

The Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / CRO Manager / CRO Specialist will:
* Establish and own the A/B & MVT testing roadmap.
* Continuously measure performance to drive improvement and conversion online.
* Implement and integrate CRO tools to gain customer insights.
* Be the subject matter expert on CRO for the entire team.
* Line manage a CRO executive.

The Conversion Rate Optimisation / CRO Manager / CRO Specialist must have:
* A strong background in CRO or conversion testing in a transactional environment dealing with large websites and high traffic numbers.
* Strong understanding of the A/B & MVT testing landscape.
* Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience.
* Analytical mindset and a problem-solving approach.
* Track record of growing business units.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager / CRO Manager / CRO Specialist to set up an experimentation function from scratch and embed a culture of testing into the mindset of the wider team.
