Content Marketing Manager / Performance Creative Manager needed by a DTC premium pet brand who have already been dubbed as the UK fastest growing startup company for pets.
After a significant funding round backed by some of the biggest VCs in the industry, they’re now in need of a hands-on content marketer to develop compelling creative content that engages and excites prospective and existing customers.
The Content Marketing Manager / Performance Creative Manager will:
* Develop original ad concepts to take forward onto the production process.
* Own the creative process end-to-end
* Work closely with the performance team and external agencies to provide daily insights
* Leverage insights and data from agencies, platforms and tools to inform new creative and revisions grounded in solid data.
* Proactively research competitors to gain a thorough understanding of the market and industry.
The Content Marketing Manager / Performance Creative Manager must have:
* Proven experience within a DTC start up/ scale up environment.
* Proven experience creating engaging content- ideally for META/ Tiktok.
* The ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
* A proactive and driven approach to getting things done.
* The ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
