Product Manager / Product Lead needed by well funded FinTech developing cutting edge Decentralised Finance Products.
The Product Manager / Product Lead will get to work with an exec team from the likes of Revolut, Spotify, Google & Morgan Stanley using blockchain tech to develop an number of DeFi platforms that will disrupt the personal savings and investments market.
The Product Manager / Product Lead will work with the founders to bring to market their MVP, a B2C product that will allow consumers to easily and safely access the DeFi world and benefit from, safe, none crypto investments that have a low risk and high yield.
DeFi is evolving rapidly and in the last 18 months Total Value Locked (TVL) increased by about 100x, from $800m to more than $87b last month. Now that the underlying protocols and building blocks are in place consumers will be able to benefit from access to previously inaccessible markets, the main challenge for the Product Manager / Product Lead is to present this in an easily digested way to the mass market as well as have an underlying platform that can be whitelabelled to other parties seeking to enter the market.
The Product Manager / Product Lead must have experience working for a start-up or scale-up, ideally have Tier 1 academics from a Russell Group, IvLeague or equivalent institution, enjoy complex technical problems and be comfortable working with ambiguity.
The Product Manager / Product Lead must be able to drive simplicity from complexity & ve excellent communication skills; any experience working for Consultancy such as Bain, Boston or McKinsey would be beneficial but not a prerequisite.
