CRM Manager/ Customer Marketing Manager/ Retention Manager needed by a fast-growing, ambitious start-up that just secured £6 million series A funding.
Their focus is to make a social impact by helping the elderly generation.
The CRM Manager/ Customer Marketing Manager/ Retention Manager will:
*Build and execute various weekly email campaigns.
*Constantly running AB tests
*Write copy to support the marketing activities – such as writing the content that engages our members in automated emails and newsletters etc.
*Email and CRM is the core focus of this role, but there’s potential to work across Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, social media, Content Marketing, CRO too.
The CRM Manager/ Customer Marketing Manager/ Retention Manager must have:
*Experience working with any Email and CRM platform – such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Blueshift.
*Proven ability to add value and improve results – you do not just deliver the bare minimum. You will have examples where you have proactively helped to drive better results.
*Confident working with data – you will be comfortable processing/segmenting data in Excel. You will also analyse data and to build the reports you need to measure performance.
*Ability to design and build HTML emails – you are not expected to have a degree in design, but you will have a naturally keen eye for User Experience. You will be able to work autonomously to build and test a new layout, design, or structure etc.
*Hands-on experience working with multiple stages of the customer engagement funnel would be beneficial – such as Social, Search, Affiliate and/or SEO etc. You can take a holistic view of the user journey and understand how different channels work together.
