A great opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst/Project Manager/Product Owner to join a London based digital agency that has specialisms in web development, branding and digital design, and digital marketing. This is a senior role with a broad scope, from taking the lead with discovery projects, client and competitor research, UX planning, technical discovery and user research.
This is a remote role with an office based in London Zone 1. Office attendance is optional.
The Business Analyst/Project Manager/Product Owner will be:
- Creating high quality user stories and acceptance criteria
- Timelining project delivery and success milestones
- Working collaboratively with client stakeholders to design projects that lead to successful websites
- Analysing and mapping out workflows
- Optimising current business processes & proposing new features and functions
- Building strong relationships with teams across the business to ensure a smooth requirement gathering
- process and act as liaison between project management & tech teams
- Identifying initiatives and driving business programmes through process mapping, requirement gathering, data analysis, project and operational support
- Working with a range of project, from substantial digital products to small-scale websites
Candidates for the Business Analyst/Project Manager/Product Owner role should have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role and/or Senior Project Manager; if you have worked within the Media or consumer technology sector that would be an advantage
- Experience in customer research, working to understand customer needs and building products accordingly
- A customer-focused approach to improving digital products, including the ability to conduct customer research
- Well-developed analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience in business requirements documentation
