Founded in 1992, Ambassador Theatre Group is the world’s number one live-theatre organisation. We own close to 50 iconic venues in the UK, Germany and USA, run major ticketing platforms and produce award-winning shows. What was your recruitment challenge?

ATG is in a period of ambitious growth following the pandemic years, and we are scaling our digital teams and capabilities. We have had a mixture of roles to fill across product management and design, both permanent and contract, that we’ve needed to recruit quickly in order to reach our growth targets.

We needed a recruitment partner that knew our business and knew the market, and could secure resource for our teams at pace, without comprising on the quality of the candidates.

What made you approach / work with Intelligent People?

Intelligent People have been known to me for a while – I was actually hired for my role here at ATG through the agency, so I know how they work from both a client and candidate perspective.
