A Lead Product Manager / Senior Product Manager needed by a high growth FinTech & PropTech scale-up.
Ahead of their Series A investment and having officially launched to market in Q4 last year, they are now looking to scale their product team even further and bring on-board an experienced Lead Product Manager / Senior Product Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Product.
You will be working on both their B2C and B2B product sets, contributing to business strategy, and help grow the company’s Product Management practice and processes. You will line manage two Senior PM’s and be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team.
The Lead Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will;
*Coach all product managers to identify development opportunities, improve their craft and drive sustainable high performance
*Lead, support and guide the day-to-day of Product development, people and processes, as well as managing complex products
*Work cohesively with senior team members to develop and align multi-squad strategy, supporting PMs to deliver this in-line with business objectives
*Line management of the product team (2 Senior PMs who each have one direct report themselves)
*Occasionally taking features from scoping through delivery yourself
*Leading high-impact cross-company projects
*Drafting and reporting regularly on our quarterly functional OKRs
*Propagate an “MVP first” mindset across the business
The Lead Product Manager / Senior Product Manager must have;
*Experience directly line managing Product Managers
*B2B/B2C2C product management background is ideal
*Experience working end to end of the product lifecycle
*Start-up or scale-up experience is a definite plus, used to working in a fast-paced environment
*Great stakeholder communication skills

Please note that this is a mainly remote based role, with some travel to their offices in Central London every few weeks.
