We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager / Strategy Consultant / Chief of Staff to join an exciting B2C mobile app FinTech startup who are aiming towards product-market fit in the coming months in preparation for Series A funding.
You’ll be working directly with the CEO and COO as the company is working towards PMF and be integral to the businesses operations and strategy as they prepare for Series A funding.
This is a remote-first role with the option of regular co-working spaces.
The Strategy and Operations Manager / Strategy Consultant / Chief of Staff will:
* Work closely with the leadership team to advise and execute key business priorities
* Work across the entire business, ensuring operations run smoothly
* Lead regular metrics reporting and investigate any critical issues
* Manage the cashflow and support financial modelling and funding
The Strategy and Operations Manager / Strategy Consultant / Chief of Staff must have:
* A data-driven approach and ability to analyse data
* The ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
* A strategic understanding with a big focus on execution
