Working for a rapidly scaling SAAS software vendor in the global renewables energy space, the Senior Product Manager (B2B SAAS) / Technical Product Manager / Product Lead Renewable Energy Software role involves working with an experienced VP Product to deliver a new modular software platform that monitors and drives performance of renewable energy assets.
The Senior Product Manager (B2B SAAS) / Technical Product Manager / Product Lead Renewable Energy Software is a broad and exciting opportunity where you’ll develop business cases and manage two product owners to execute the roadmap.
The role will be home based initially, reverting to part office based at their Nottingham global HQ when safe to do so.
The Senior Product Manager (B2B SAAS) / Technical Product Manager / Product Lead Renewable Energy Software will:
-work closely with customers and internal experts to understand complex problems
-build and develop an intuitive and optimised software solution
-work with an Agile development team where you will act as the voice of the customer
-drive the product vision internally and work to prioritise product features while ensuring project/release plans are up to date
-collaborate with marketing and sales to support go to market process
Candidates for the Senior Product Manager (B2B SAAS) / Technical Product Manager / Product Lead Renewable Energy Software role must have:
-Strong experience in a software product management role with any web-and SaaS-based software platform or product, from any industry sector.
-Demonstrable experience of successful management of software ideation, development, launch, and maintenance across multiple products in a cloud environment.
-Strong business acumen: ability to see the big picture and to understand and solve for business objectives and to think and execute at both strategic and operational levels
-Solid and repeatedly demonstrated problem solving abilities and evidence of the use of analytical skills to determine future actions and assess past decisions.
-Because the role has accountability for ensuring that products are delivered on time, to budget and to agreed levels of quality, strong project management skills are required.
-Strong project documentation skills including functional and technical specification creation.
