Working for a very successful and profitable B2B2C Healthtech that are scaling rapidly, the Senior Creative Manager / Senior Design Manager / Brand & Creative Marketing Manager role involves working with internal stakeholders & the CEO to build and deliver creative brand assets, campaigns and customer experiences across web and mobile.  We need someone with a design background who then moved into a creative or brand marketing role, agency or client side.

 

The company has a very strong enterprise level customer base, this role involves supporting the launch and growth within the SMB / mid-market, to acquire and onboard medium sized B2B companies.

 

This is a hybrid role with one day per week (Fridays) in their Berkshire offices (East Berkshire/M25 border).

 

The Senior Creative Manager / Senior Design Manager / Brand & Creative Marketing Manager will:

  • Work with the CEO to understand the brand and creative vision.
  • Brief designer/s to build campaign and web assets that align with the overall creative vision.
  • Review and enhance web and mobile customer experience with new creative assets.
  • Work with marketing teams to build and execute campaigns, targeting both new SMB customers and also enterprise level targets using highly tailored account-based marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that the customer experience across all marketing, web and mobile touchpoints align with the creative vision and delivery a high optimised and intuitive customer journey.

 

Candidates for the Senior Creative Manager / Senior Design Manager / Brand & Creative Marketing Manager role must have:

  • Strong creative marketing experience, perhaps with a brand, communications or media agency, or client side.
  • Some experience in a hands-on creative or design role.
  • Strong experience briefing design teams to deliver assets against a clear creative vision.
  • Strong communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Ideally experience of B2B marketing campaigns and enhancing the customer experience across marketing and/or web touchpoints.
