Working for a market-leading PropTech business with significant market share in the UK, the Product Marketing Manager / B2B Product Marketing Manager / SaaS Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of a rapidly evolving SaaS product suite.
This is a business at a genuine inflection point as they focus on product-led growth with a feature rich release roadmap. There’s major emphasis on cross-sell, upsell, and adoption across an existing customer base.
Operating at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, this role will take ownership of how new and existing product propositions are positioned, communicated, and embedded within customer organisations, ensuring that customers not only buy, but fully adopt and realise value from the platform.
The business delivers mission-critical software used by property managers operating portfolios ranging from hundreds to over 100,000+ properties, supporting workflows across maintenance, compliance, and operational management.
This role is based in Central London (London Bridge area), with a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office).
The Product Marketing Manager / B2B Product Marketing Manager / SaaS Product Marketing Manager will:
- Own and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across a complex B2B SaaS portfolio
- Translate product capability into clear, commercially compelling value stories for both decision-makers and operational users
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, and propositions
- Drive product-led growth through improved conversion, adoption, and expansion within the existing customer base
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to improve deal velocity, win rates, and expansion revenue
- Enable commercial teams through high-impact sales materials, playbooks, and messaging frameworks
- Design and deliver strategies to improve product adoption, engagement, and time-to-value across customers
- Identify and unlock cross-sell and upsell opportunities across a large, established customer base
- Gather and synthesise insights from product usage, customer feedback, and commercial teams to inform GTM and product strategy
- Feed real-world customer insight back into Product to influence roadmap and improve product-market fit
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer teams to align on growth priorities and execution
Candidates for the Product Marketing Manager / B2B Product Marketing Manager / SaaS Product Marketing Manager role must have:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
- Experience owning or contributing to go-to-market strategy and execution
- Strong understanding of the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, adoption, and expansion
- Ability to translate complex product functionality into clear, outcome-led messaging
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to link product marketing activity to revenue outcomes
- Experience driving product adoption, engagement, or in-product growth initiatives
- Exposure to cross-sell and upsell strategies within an existing customer base
- Experience using product usage data or behavioural tools to inform marketing and growth decisions
