A high-growth D2C luxury consumer goods brand is hiring a Retention Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of churn reduction and customer retention initiatives across its subscription business.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you’ll own the roadmap, define KPIs, and drive experimentation to improve customer lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn.
The Retention Product Manager will:
- Develop and execute a data-led retention strategy to reduce churn and increase LTV.
- Identify churn signals and proactively design solutions to address them.
- Lead customer research and user analysis to uncover insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
The Retention Product Manager must have:
- Extensive experience in retention, churn, or conversion optimisation.
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Optimizely, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
