Working for a high profile B2B scaleup that’s transforming the way life science laboratories operate at scale. They’ve created a Tesla style discovery process to hardware and software development, this years’ revenue is 4x last years plus with $60m funding expected early next year, the team is set to grow from 70 to 200 staff!
The Product Director / Product Lead / Head of Product role involves identifying key pain points in scientists’ journeys and lead the creation of products to remove those barriers. You’ll also be responsible for creating a whole GTM strategy, ensuring adoption is frictionless and scales so naturally that customers never leave.
The Product Director / Product Lead / Head of Product will demonstrate experience in driving growth through effective product and market discovery. No robotics, hardware or life science experience is required but you do need to have Product Managed the full lifecycle of a transformative digital platform product, ideally requiring multi-vendor API integrations.
This is a hybrid role with ideally 2-3 days per week at their London offices.
The Product Director / Product Lead / Head of Product will:
. Own the development of our Digital Platform to enable customers to leverage the power of fully automated workflows. Challenges include:
– Creating tight product integrations and commercial relationships with other Robotics and data systems providers to enhance the power of our platform
– Creating a simulation engine to enable simpler use and validation of new
workflows for our customers
– Creating easy to use interfaces to enable anyone to leverage the power of our systems.

. Lead on the go to market strategy to drive growth in adoption and use of the platform
. Influence our business model to remove any barriers to adoption
. Create empowered product teams that can deliver on the strategy you own
Candidates for the Product Director / Product Lead / Head of Product should have:
. Strong digital product management, product strategy, proposition development or strategy consulting experience with exposure to complex, API integrations.
. Experience of B2B SAAS or enterprise software is desirable.
. Experience taking new product to market.
. A very commercial mindset, ability to analyse customer needs and uncover solutions to customer problems.
