A growing eCommerce and digital experience agency is seeking an experienced eCommerce Client Manager / eCommerce Consultant / eCommerce Account Manager to work closely with B2C clients, shape eCommerce strategy and help deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Salary: £75-85k + Company Disc. Bonus
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week)

This is a senior client-facing role for someone with strong eCommerce and agency experience who can build trusted relationships, understand what clients need from their websites and turn those requirements into clear strategies, customer journeys and deliverable projects.
You’ll manage around 4–5 client relationships, acting as an extension of their teams and working closely with Technology, Solutions and Design to plan discovery, shape solutions and successfully deliver projects.
The eCommerce Client Manager / eCommerce Consultant / eCommerce Account Manager will:
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner and extension of their team.
- Lead eCommerce discovery, requirements gathering and digital strategy, aligning customer experience, UX/UI and commercial objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of B2C eCommerce websites and digital products, ensuring clear scope, priorities, timelines and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with Technology, Solutions and Design teams to shape and deliver high-performing digital experiences.
- Drive account growth through consultative engagement, identifying opportunities to expand services, solve business challenges and increase client value.
The eCommerce Client Manager / eCommerce Consultant / eCommerce Account Manager must have:
- Experience in eCommerce, digital consultancy, client services or agency environments, with strong B2C eCommerce expertise.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translating business challenges into effective digital solutions.
- Experience leading discovery, requirements gathering, strategy development and end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of customer experience, UX/UI, customer journeys and opportunities to grow client accounts.
