We’re looking for a Head of Product / Product Director / VP Product for a heritage media brand who are going through an exciting digital transformation, focussing on innovative Product Propositions for on-demand and streaming solutions with niche items.

The Head of Product / Product Director / VP Product will help them better define their product market fit, develop a commercial product strategy, continuing to build building their active loyal userbase perhaps to international scale.

There are some unique challenges here for the right Head of Product / Product Director / VP Product candidate to get their teeth in to. The Head of Product / Product Director / VP Product will be responsible for:

*Reporting to the CPO you will drive and a digital first approach to all Products
*Implement a clear vision for all Products, digital consumption and commercial proposition and viability
*Provide thought leadership internally and bring in best-in-class product development practices
*Develop the roadmap and prioritise execution with the delivery team
*Build and manage a team of Product Managers
*Have full ownership of the Product roadmap and strategy, across multiple product, designer and devs teams
*Deploy a customer-first approach, utilising data and feedback from across the business to optimise Product
*Mentor and guide the Product Managers and their respective teams as they solidify the existing parts of the business as well as developing new propositions
The right Head of Product / Product Director / VP Product will have:

*Product management experience across multiple web and mobile
*Significant product leadership role within a digitally focused eCommerce business – preferably retail, beauty, media, travel, subscriptions etc
*Full product life-cycle experience
*Effective communications – from developers to stakeholders
