Reporting into the VP Marketing, this is a high-impact role where you will own multi-channel campaigns end-to-end; from concept to execution and optimisation. You’ll drive lead generation and brand awareness across email, paid media, social, and live events, working closely with cross-functional teams.

The Marketing Campaign Manager will:
Plan, execute, and optimise integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, and events.
- Manage paid media spend (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to achieve ROI goals.
- Own lead generation targets, deploying segmentation and funnel management strategies.
- Build and deploy compliant, high-performing email campaigns.
- Plan and deliver webinars, conferences, and roundtables.
- Track performance, run A/B testing, and continuously optimise campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align on messaging and delivery.
The Marketing Campaign Manager must have:
3+ years B2B campaign management experience (SaaS is desirable).
- Strong grasp of the marketing funnel and campaign optimisation.
- Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools.
- Proven success running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent multi-tasking and reporting skills.
