Interim Service Delivery Manager / ITIL Consultant | Outside IR35| Tech4Good | In-Office, Hampshire
A talented Service Delivery Manager / ITIL Consultant is needed by a PE backed Tech4Good who provide wearable tech & tablet-based solutions to the care sector, all of which are designed to help people who are ageing to continue to live an independent life whilst ensuring help is always at hand.
As Interim Service Delivery Manager / ITIL Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery and operational stability of external IT services, and that services meet business needs. You will work closely with Technical Operations, Change Management, and suppliers to prevent or mitigate outages, maintain performance, and drive continual service improvement.
Contract: 3-month duration
On-Site: 5 Days in Office, Hampshire

As Service Delivery Manager/ ITIL Consultant, you will:
- Oversee the daily operation and monitoring of IT systems and services for service availability, capacity, and performance.
- Define, negotiate, and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Lead service reviews with internal teams and external suppliers, identifying areas for improvement, single points of failure, and effective mitigation plans.
Service Delivery Manager/ ITIL Consultant will need:
- 7+ years of experience in IT Operations or Service Delivery.
- A bachelor’s degree in an IT related field, plus ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Proven ability to manage operational stability and incident avoidance, and a strong track record of delivering SLAs in a live service environment.
