Working for a late Series A specialist consumer travel/holidays brand, the Fractional Product Director / Interim Head of Product / Contract Chief Product Officer role involves coaching the Founders and a small product team (1 PM, 1 Designer, 3 Engineers) to enable them to grow the team and build/operate in the most effective way.
After raising early funding, they’re growing by 100% annually and are approaching break-even.
This is a fully remote (UK) fractional interim role at 2 days per week for 12 months, and is OUTSIDE IR35.
The Fractional Product Director / Interim Head of Product / Contract Chief Product Officer mush have:
- Experience of high traffic consumer environments, such as eCommerce, travel, media, holidays, entertainment, etc.
- Experience of an early-stage start-up or scaling environment
- Comfort setting strategy, developing optimal working methodologies that suit the product environment and diving into the detail as needed
