Head of Growth | Consumer Fitness Business | £80-120k + Equity | Hybrid (2 days, Potters Bar)
We’re hiring a Head of Growth for a profitable, founder-led subscription business in the consumer fitness and wellness space. The company provides a SaaS platform for fitness professionals and has grown organically since launch, never experiencing a month of negative growth. It serves customers internationally, enjoys exceptionally low churn, and is now investing heavily in its next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role, owning customer acquisition across paid, organic and product-led channels. You’ll join a small team, so you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves from day one while building the foundations for future growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver the growth strategy across digital, product-led and partnership channels.
- Lead paid acquisition (Meta, Google), SEO/GEO, content and lifecycle marketing.
- Develop partnerships, referral programmes and influencer activity.
- Optimise conversion across the customer journey and identify new acquisition opportunities.
- Work closely with the founders and build the growth function over time
Requirements
- You must have scale-up experience. Candidates from large corporates only are not right. This is a very small team, you’ll be the first marketing hire, and the role is very hands-on, and;
- Strong growth marketing experience from either consumer subscription digital products or a B2B SaaS company selling to SMBs with short sales cycles (enterprise SaaS and long sales-cycle businesses are not the right fit).
