Digital Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / App Product Manager needed by a world-leading manufacturer of fire, heat, and smoke safety hardware and software solutions to manage the strategy and delivery of various digital products, including an app and a web platform.
The client has recently launched a premium subscription-based version of their app product and has started working on third-party integrations, so the Digital Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / App Product Manager will be key to the development of this lifecycle.
This is a hands-on role, with the client searching for someone who will be comfortable in a manufacturing business with ambitious targets. The Digital Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / App Product Manager will report into the Head of Product Delivery, working closely with other teams and customers to support product launches and optimisations.
This is a permanent hybrid role with 3 days per week in Hertfordshire.
The Digital Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / App Product Manager will:
- Manage the roadmap of digital products, including an app and web platform.
- Drive subscriptions for the premium product.
- Interview customers to understand how products can be improved.
- Own the relationship between the company and third-party software/app developers.
- Work with the marketing team to help create collateral for product launches.
The Digital Product Manager / B2B Product Manager / App Product Manager must have:
- 4+ years’ product management experience with B2B SaaS products, including apps.
- Strong experience delivering on integrations with third party software, as well as managing company relations with third party app/software developers.
- Experience in any industry, though workforce management and construction would be most relevant.
- Excellent communication skills.
