Contract Product Manager needed by Financial Markets SaaS provider.
This is a home based role outside of IR35
The Contract Product Manager will work on ensuring a frictionless on boarding process for Clients, removing pain points, improving the user experience and increasing user uptake.
Our Client provides software to the Financial Services sector and uses NLP & AI for voice, comms and data capture; it has uses across compliance, insight, C/S, trade reconstruction and call centre as well as general risk management.
The Contract Product Manager must have experience delivering complex B2B SaaS, ideally to the F/S or FinTech sector. Most importantly the Contract Product Manager must understand what good product looks like, have a proven ability to execute and be comfortable working with customers technical IT teams up to VP level.
