We are looking for an API Support Specialist / Technical Integrations Consultant / Product Specialist for a start-up B2B software vendor in the fashion industry. The software vendor partners with thousands of fashion brands globally and looks to empower their adoption and usage of technology.
Reporting into the Head of Product, the API Support Specialist / Technical Integrations Consultant / Product Specialist will work closely with clients in the fashion sector to better understand client needs and provide solutions that’ll improve client operations.
Salary Package: £35-40K + Benefits
Location: Central London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
API Support Specialist / Technical Integrations Consultant / Product Specialist will:
* Ensure implementation and maintenance of successful integrations with clients and strategic third-party systems, owning the complete integrations lifecycle.
* Sit between clients and the Dev team to implement product and system improvements and integrations.
* Prepare and execute manual tests and UAT for new features and bug fixes.
* Partner with Sales, Client Management, Product Management, and Engineering to translate customer needs into a better overall product that delivers a better Data Exchange experience to clients.
API Support Specialist / Technical Integrations Consultant / Product Specialist must have:
* Experience with API/FTP integration and/or a basic understanding of APIs and/or FTPs.
* Commercial experience preferably in fashion, logistics or operations.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Be able to communicate complex problems in simple terms.
