Jen, an Associate Director at Intelligent People, joined the business in September 2017. After graduating from Southampton Solent University and starting her career within sports development and events, Jen decided she was ready for a career change – a new challenge and something to bring out her competitive side, and so she entered the recruitment world by joining Intelligent People.
Now 5 years on, Jen leads product management and executive search recruitment for leading scaling businesses within London and beyond. Jen genuinely loves her role, helping to understand what candidates and employers are looking for and working hard to find the perfect match for them. She loves working for Intelligent People, a place where individuality is supported and encouraged.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys traveling, watching anything rugby related (she’s an avid Welsh rugby supporter!) and spending as much time as possible with her young family.
