Annika, Director at Intelligent People, joined us in June 2024.
Her previous experience includes running Source, a recruitment business, for 19 years which specialised in the Creative, Digital and Marketing space providing perm, contract and freelance talent solutions. She ran various desks across creative, design and project management as well as managing the team and their performance, business operations, and leading the strategic direction of the business towards its goals.
After selling the recruitment business, Annika took a career break to spend time with her family. She decided to join Intelligent People as she missed the world she is most passionate about – recruitment! Annika will be specialising in the field of product management recruitment, with a specialist focus on AI, working alongside the other established product recruiters in the business.
Annika lives locally in St Albans.
