We’re partnering with a fast-scaling live entertainment marketplace hiring a Lead Product Manager to own a business-critical checkout experience across web and mobile. This is a high-impact role driving conversion, payments, monetisation, and growth across the UK, US, and Europe, backed by major investment under a new CEO and VP Engineering & Product.

Location: New York (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

You’ll own strategy and execution across the full checkout journey, from ticket selection through to payment and confirmation. The role covers conversion optimisation, fraud prevention, upsell/cross-sell strategy, dynamic pricing, and scalable payment experiences at significant volume.
The Lead Product Manager will:
• Own and optimise the end-to-end checkout journey across web and mobile.
• Drive monetisation through experimentation, personalisation, upsell/cross-sell strategy, and AI/ML-led optimisation.
• Shape international checkout experiences across UK, US, and European markets with localised payments and pricing.
• Partner closely with engineering, data, design, marketing, and commercial teams as a highly visible senior IC.
The Lead Product Manager must have:
• Proven experience owning checkout within large-scale high-volume B2C eCommerce/marketplace businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving monetisation, A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel optimisation.
• Experience operating across international markets with localisation, pricing, and payment complexity.
• Hands-on, autonomous mindset with exposure to AI/ML optimisation, fraud prevention, or dynamic pricing environments.
