Performance Marketing Manager (Amazon Ads) – Global Consumer Products Business – £40-44k – Hybrid (3 days, Wendover)
Are you a data-driven digital marketer looking to specialise in Amazon performance campaigns? This global consumer goods brand is a market leader with a strong footprint across EMEA and an ambitious innovation pipeline—launching 75–100 new products annually. They’re now hiring a Performance Marketing Manager / Paid Traffic and Conversion Manager to drive sales performance across Amazon’s European platforms, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to execute high-impact campaigns.
This is a permanent full-time hybrid role, based 3 days per week in their newly refurbished Wendover (Buckinghamshire) office (free parking and near the train station). You’ll report directly to the Etail Sales Manager EMEA and sit within the high-performing Etail Centre of Excellence team.
The role offers a £44k base salary + 10% bonus.
The Performance Marketing Manager / Paid Traffic and Conversion Manager will:
- Partner with regional sales and brand teams to deliver Amazon promotional strategies (Prime Day, Back to School, Black Friday, etc.)
- Coordinate with third-party agencies to manage AMS activity across all major EU markets
- Optimise product visibility and conversion via keyword strategy, bid management, and content improvements
- Use campaign data to continually refine performance, improve ROI, and drive category growth
- Support internal teams on SEO/SEM best practice and post-promotion analytics
- Lead Amazon advertising reporting across key KPIs including ROAS, ACOS, CTR, and CPC
- Contribute to new product launches and organic conversion strategy across the Amazon portfolio
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in PPC, SEM, SEO or performance marketing—Amazon platform experience a plus, but not essential
- Proven ability to analyse campaign data and work with tools such as Excel and PowerBI
- Experience working with third-party agencies and stakeholders across regions
- You understand the relationship between spend, traffic, and ROI
- A background in agency or client-side marketing, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or CPG
