Digital Product Owner | £35-40k | Heritage, Arts, & Culture | Hybrid, Westminster

A talented Digital Product Owner is needed by one of the world’s most esteemed cultural & heritage collections, whose digital archive allows art lovers to view a vast array of cultural treasures. As Digital Product Owner you will be executing a complete overhaul of the digital archive and website, improving user experience and bringing new people to view the archive and their exhibitions.

 

Salary: £40k + Benefits (including access to the UK’s most famous heritage sites)

Location: London, SW1A (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week)

 

The Digital Product Owner will manage the roadmap and delivery of a significant content platform upgrade, working closely alongside the institution’s web agency and in-house Systems and Digital Marketing Teams. The institution has undertaken a comprehensive Discovery process and is seeking new talent as they move towards execution.

 

As Digital Product Owner you will need:

  • Experience in a comparable environment, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple digital projects simultaneously to tight deadlines.
  • The ability to work collaboratively, with strong stakeholder management skills, as well as able to work as a self-starter, unsupervised and under own initiative.
  • Experience in overseeing UX and analytics via GA4 and Lookerstudio.
  • Ideally a minimum of 6 months product management experience in ecommerce or digital content management, but this is not a prerequisite.
