Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Lead Product Manager
Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Lead Product Manager needed by an extremely well-funded, high growth FinTech/HRTech scale-up.
You’ll be working directly with the Director of Product on the product strategy & vision, whilst owning your own specific product roadmap within their large suite of products. The business already has a global client base therefore, this role requires you to be very commercially focused, identifying customer problems & delivering customer value.
We’re looking for a seasoned product professional who has built mature products, i.e., where a product has gone past product market fit & has scaled globally.
Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Lead Product Manager will:
* Deeply analyse the customers and business problems to identify the pain points to shape the product roadmap
* Devise solutions to the specific customer problems, constantly iterating the product to create a seamless customer journey
* Take end to end ownership of the product roadmap and strategy from test, build & post release
* Work collaboratively with the design, engineering teams & other key stakeholders
Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Lead Product Manager must have:
* Experience within Product management within a scaling Fintech or HRtech business (B2B or B2B2C exp preferred)
* Experience delivering products to market at pace (1-2 weekly sprints)
* A strong strategic, commercial & analytical mindset
* Strong communication skills – you are able translate requirements into clear user stories and communicate them articulately to engineering and design teams. You are also able to communicate product information to other departments
* Experience working closely with engineering teams, as well as the respect of customer and sales teams
* A minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally scaleup/start-up)
* Exceptional communication skills
* A strong understanding of both UX and UI
This role is 100% remote, you can be based from anywhere in the EMEA region.
