Product Manager

B2B Product Manager / Saas Product Manager needed by a leading EdTech business whose market leading platform lets businesses develop staff through best in class learning and development programmes.

They are growing rapidly and need a B2B Product Manager / Saas Product Manager to join, help the CPO as a number 2. You’d get exposure to the whole business and a smart supportive team.

The role is paying c£60k plus 25 holidays, Vitality Health Insurance, £250 Home office budget and a hybrid and flexible working environment.

The B2B Product Manager / Saas Product Manager will be responsible for:
. Gathering requirements; Market research, data analysis, gathering customer feedback and data, liaise with tech and designers etc etc.
. Drive Engagement: create features our customers love so they engage with the system on a weekly basis (Weekly Active Users is our North Star Metric)
. Create “Evangelists” and develop a competitive advantage

The B2B Product Manager / Saas Product Manager will have:
. 3ish years experience in a Product Management role, ideally in a B2B or Saas environment. Extra marks if you’ve worked in HR, L&D or EdTech before!
. A B2B Product management background
. Experience of Agile, Scrum and Jira or equivalent
. Exceptional technical and non-technical communication skills
. Experience taking and significant improving/refining a product
. Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative
