VP Product needed by leading provider of Enterprise Architecture Software.
The VP Product / Product Director will have full autonomy over the shaping, coaching and developing of the product team and roadmap with a focus on NPD and client applications.
Salary: £130,000 – £150,000 + 10% Bonus & Benefits
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days per week)
The VP Product / Product Director will lead a team of 3 – 4 Product managers and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success and dev teams.
The VP Product / Product Director will:
Take over and prioritise the current roadmap and backlog.
Manage the product strategy and roadmap.
Focus on execution, delivering great products that customers love
Lead, upskill and grow a talented Product team of 4.
Roll out product trials and product launches.
The VP Product / Product Director must have:
A track record delivering great SaaS products.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience in new product development and the innovation cycle.
Experience working with Enterprise Architecture or a closely allied product, such as BPM, ITSM, ERP or IT Asset or Portfolio management software
