We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer / UX Manager / UX Lead to join a Product-centric B2B Prop-Tech company.
The role is fully remote, and you’ll be working across a portfolio of products including Property-Tech, ESG, and Data-as-a-Service solutions, aimed at streamlining high-value transactions for clients in professional service sectors. This position is ideal for someone with existing Senior UX experience, or a candidate looking to move into a Senior UX role.
The Senior UX Designer / UX Manager / UX Lead will:
– Crafts products and services by empathising with users, to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs.
– Working closely with cross-functional teams and Product Managers to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences for users.
– Research, define and test ideas with users, ensuring the right solutions are being developed for the right problems.
– Take the lead in analysing and implementing user feedback, by tracking relevant metrics and supporting development teams’ solution implementation.
– Work with the Head of UX to champion the UX team’s vision, define UX processes and mentor junior team members.
The Senior UX Designer / UX Manager / UX Lead must have:
– Significant experience of UX Design in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably for a data-centric product.
– An understanding of user feedback and the metrics required to monitor and address application problems with UX solutions.
– Confidence using Figma, or similar Product Design tools.
– Excellent communication skills, with both stakeholders and product users.
