This Senior Product Manager / Product Lead B2C role is with a rapidly scaling tech company who are solving a global inefficiency in a multi-$100b industry, with a strong environmental focus.
The business can offer you the chance to work with colleagues, partners and suppliers from a variation of cultures and seniority as they enter a huge period of international growth. Their unique proposition means they are acquiring huge name big-ticket clients as well as individual entrepreneurial customers at scale and revenue doubling year on year.
They have less than 90 staff with a flat structure, so you’ll become a functional expert and will be very hands-on, working with a range of stakeholders and leading a matrix team to deliver.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead B2C will lead the development of a complex product that used by millions of consumers globally.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead B2C will:
-Lead development of a complex consumer tool, making the experience intuitive and delightful.
-Have a strong focus on monetisation across millions of users.
-Drive product strategy across many stakeholders and business lines.
-Cement the product as a world-class leading tool that’s best in class and maintains its position as leader.
-Drive the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with internal stakeholders, business lines and external stakeholders.
-Set and execute the strategy for monetising and building up new revenue streams from the services around the core product.
Candidates for the Senior Product Manager / Product Lead B2C role must have:
-Previous experience as a product management with a high-profile consumer facing product where innovation, UX and customer experience play significant part (eg within eCommerce, fintech, travel, marketplace, energy, entertainment, etc).
-Ability to think strategically but also be obsessive about detail.
-Strong comfort with use of data to understand and solve problems.
-Be customer obsessive, doing whatever it takes to make the product and team successful, whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user’s frustration.
-Ability to see through complexity and create clear courses of action.
-Ideally have a strong academic profile, from a top tier university.
