I’m hiring a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead for a hyper growth, leading ecommerce business to help drive new product development and to deliver products that bring true value, simplicity and functionality for their users across Europe.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead will be working in a challenging and ever evolving environment where your efforts will have huge impact on the success of the business. There’ll be a big focus on customer experience and UX, constantly striving to deliver small increments of value.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead will be passionate about defining product value propositions and bringing them to life. You’ll own the delivery of products and features, a true individual contributor role where you’ll have full autonomy and get to see your ideas carried out from start to finish.
They are all about using innovative tech to solve standard problems and they move fast with little red tape! It’s a high profile, contributor role that expect to have teams beneath them within 12 months.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead will be responsible for:
. Leading product projects from idea to launch.
. Analyse data/metrics to identify and measure growth opportunities.
. Plan and implement rapid experiments and conversion optimisation tests.
. Support, maintain and improve the marketing acquisition products and platform.
. Define, maintain, and own the growth product roadmap and backlog.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead will have:
. Demonstrable experience as a growth focussed product manager in in any consumer sector, such as eCommerce, marketplaces, travel, media, fintech, entertainment, etc.
. Experience driving core customer and business metrics (revenue, acquisition, LTV etc)
. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating with colleagues at all levels and influence at a high level and able to make a real impact
