An ecommerce business within food and drink and global presence are looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager / Product Lead to own the Marketplace aspect of their new technology platform.

This is a career building opportunity; you will be responsible for a whole new marketplace platform; everything from product cataloguing to supplier experience and acquisition and quality of the marketplace selection.

You’d get the excitement of a young business with the security of a privately owned business with a new board of directors who are fully investing into tech and innovation. Their ecommerce sales have grown from £2m in 2019 to a forecast of £8m this year.

They are a fully remote business, so you’d be home based and only need to come to meet the wider team for collaborative and to be social.

The Senior Product Manager / Product Manager / Product Lead will:
. Define requirements, goals and success metrics for product launches, including A/B tests
. Drive integrations with suppliers to increase the size and quality of their listings
. Conduct competitive audits and analyse our current shipping capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement
. Set clear goals and objectives for the team
. Integrate user research, market analysis, analytics and community feedback into product requirements
. Serve as a cross-functional leader to collaborate with various teams to drive new product initiatives

The Senior Product Manager / Product Manager / Product Lead must:
. Have a strong background within product management in any consumer sector, such as eCommerce, marketplaces, or building saas tools
. Be big data literate, and able to synthesise insights from multiple sources
. Have the ability to break down complex problems and communicate effectively across different functions to identify potential solutions
. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive effective decision-making
. Experience building, iterating and scaling products
. Strong analytical skills to analyse feature performance and the ability to make trade-offs
. Project management and multitasking
