We’re searching for a Senior Product Manager / Growth Product Manager / Product Lead for a well-funded, rapidly growing consumer marketplace to build and develop their sales and monetization function.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Growth Product Manager will own the product monetization strategy and lead a cross-functional team to build a strategic roadmap for driving revenue growth across the business.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Growth Product Manager will:
* Own the product roadmap – prioritising key tasks and existing features.
* Engage with customers and users to understand their pain points and build innovative solutions to their problems.
* Work closely with the commercial team – sales, account management and B2B marketing – to identify opportunities, build a strategic roadmap and execute.
* Build an experimentation and iteration programme to test and validate initiatives.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Growth Product Manger must have:
* 3+ years’ experience working as a product manager with a track record of demonstrable impact.
* Demonstrable experience creating business growth and change in a similar environment. Hopefully a start-up, scale-up or product first business.
* A great eye for detail.
* Experience with Agile.
* A positive and friendly personality who thrives on working collaboratively.
