Working for a leading Cyber Security software vendor who are scaling rapidly after a significant funding round, the Senior Senior B2B Product Manager / Senior SAAS Product Owner – Cyber Security SAAS role involves leading a squad to build and execute the roadmap for their core platform technology. They sell to medium and enterprise businesses in across all sectors (especially financial services, government and health) and there’s complexity in the data science side of their business.
This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading product with proven product market fit and growth enterprise customer base to the next level of development.
They’re remote first so the Senior B2B Product Manager / Senior SAAS Product Owner – Cyber Security SAAS could be based anywhere in the UK, although you’ll probably meet team members in London for team days/meetings and you’ll be given a WeWork pass.
The Senior B2B Product Manager / Senior SAAS Product Owner – Cyber Security SAAS will:
-Engage with the market and customers to derive insights which will drive the products.
-Develop a vision and roadmap based on data and insights.
-Lead, guide and coach a squad of developers, design and data science.
-Manage product planning, delivery, launch and marketing throughout the product life cycle.
-Develop a delivery forecast for the product and managing its execution.
-Work closely with internal stakeholders and teams, leading by influence, to deliver a product that aligns with this vision and meets market needs.
-Identify the key benefits and value proposition of your product area to help the sales and marketing teams sell.
-Iterate, improve and fix issues with existing capabilities.
-Independently lead Agile processes and ceremonies to drive delivery and improve team spirit.
The Senior B2B Product Manager / Senior SAAS Product Owner – Cyber Security SAAS must have:
-Previous experience as a product manager with a B2B SAAS platform-based product. This could include internal tools/platforms from any sector, such as financial services, fintech, retail, eCommerce, media, adtech, martech, workflow, etc.
-Comfort in a fast-paced environment where you build and execute at speed.
-Experience or comfort working in a tech startup/scaleup environment.
-Be self-motivated, able to work with both extremely creative and methodological people.
-Accomplished at scaling delivery teams and processes
-Proven track record of independently leading a team/squad and delivering successful results
-Understanding of the technical architecture of modern consumer mobile and web apps
-Skilled with story design and estimation, with user stories and acceptance criteria
-Experience in Agile teams, managing product backlogs/roadmaps
-Attention to detail, ability to prioritise and follow through on tasks
-Any experience of products involving complexity, data science, workflow
