I am looking for a Product Operations Manager / Product Operations Executive for a heritage brand that are a market leader within the provision of academic content, research, and news. Their platform includes books, journals, papers, and reference works. Every day, their content is accessed by millions of users, with monetisation via subscription, although there are freemium versions available.
The Product Operations Manager / Product Operations Executive will work closely with the product managers and other internal teams to improve their product development processes and maintain a well-connected and smoothly running product team, offering support and guidance where needed.
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
Location: London / Hybrid
The Product Operations Manager / Product Operations Executive will:
*Implement and optimize the product management systems and processes
*Assist with product planning and road mapping
*Improve the relationship between the product and other internal teams
*Ensuring timely, audience-appropriate communication
*Deliver regular training of new processes and features to the product team
The Product Operations Manager / Product Operations Executive must have:
*Experience working in product operations or an operational role
*Worked in an Agile environment
*Experience working in a fast-paced organisation
*A data driven mindset
*The ability to work in cross-functional teams
*Excellent communication skills
