Product Owner – 6m Contract – £400-450 Outside IR35 – Hybrid (1-2 days London)
We’re working with a world-leading consumer brand known for delivering outstanding experiences. The company has a global presence, serving millions of users and driving innovation to stay at the forefront of customer experience.
They’re looking for a contract Product Owner / Product Manager to join their growing digital team, helping to shape and deliver their mobile app aimed at enhancing customer engagement. This role is delivery & execution focused, as the strategy has been set.
This is a 6-month contract role with hybrid working — typically 1-2 days a week (inc Thursdays) in their central London office.
The Product Owner will:
- Support execution of the mobile app roadmap, driving growth and customer experience on iOS and Android.
- Work with the Lead Product Manager and Designer to translate business and customer needs into clear backlog items.
- Prioritise and deliver a backlog that improves the customer experience and drives business results.
- Gather customer insights through techniques like interviews, surveys, and A/B tests.
- Plan timelines and ensure visibility of product milestones.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams.
- Keep stakeholders informed on product plans and progress.
Required Experience:
- You must have worked on a very large-scale consumer mobile app ideally with users in their millions E.g. Booking.com, Hotels.com, Airbnb, Uber etc.
