Product Director / VP Product / Product and Services Director needed by a heritage Brand to help them become a digital first business that puts product at the heart of everything they do.
The Product Director / VP Product / Product and Services Director will have full ownership of how propositions, products and services are ideated, packaged and delivered, be responsible for putting best practice in place and ensuring a culture of excellence.
At present there is a mixture of on and off-line products, the Product Director / VP Product / Product and Services Director will review the product and service design framework with a view to using digital to put the customer at the heart of the journey and become a digital first organisation.
The Product Director / VP Product / Product and Services Director will:
·Overhaul the product and service design framework
·Set a rolling 3 year product strategy
·Implement best practice across all product departments
·Work with key stakeholders in Strategy, IT, Sales and Marketing
·Work with peers and colleagues at Group level
·Review all current products, processes and practices
·Work with pricing to help achieve revenue goals
The Product Director / VP Product / Product and Services Director Director must have:
·Experience helping a business undergo a digital transformation
·Understand what good product looks like
·Experience in service and product design
·Excellent people management and leadership skills
