Our client is a high-end ecommerce fashion brand that is making a big impact since its launch in 2018. As they continue to grow their online presence, they are seeking an ambitious Head of Marketing to help drive the brand and growth.
In this exciting role, The Head of Marketing will own the end-to-end marketing and ecommerce strategy across all touch points blending a strategic mindset with a creative hands-on approach.
As Head of Marketing, you will:
*Develop and implement the digital marketing and communications strategy to drive brand exposure, awareness and sales.
*Own all online marketing initiatives including SEO, CRM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, paid search, paid social media and display advertising.
*Analyse and understand the online user journey, and identify opportunities to improve the online user experience and conversion rate optimisation best practices
*Build a CRM strategy to improve customer retention and LTV
*Track and report on online business and digital marketing performance and spot market and growth opportunities.
To be successful in this role, the Head of Marketing Director will have:
*A proven background in digital marketing ideally from a fashion and / or high-end ecommerce brand
*Proven expertise in devising data driven performance strategy across all channels from paid media to crm to affiliates
*A passion for driving growth, embracing the brand values and ethos
*The ability to work autonomously and be comfortable getting into the detail
*A love all of things fashion
