Head of Marketing | Sporting Goods / Coaching Equipment | £60-85k | Fully Remote

Head of Marketing / Head of eCommerce Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager needed by a fast-growing ecommerce sports and exercise coaching business who are fully profitable, sold in over 120 different countries around the world and has already obtained over 1 million customers!

The business is operating in an industry that’s expanding at a significant space and are already becoming an industry leader. As their business continues to grow, they’re now looking to expand their marketing team by bringing in their first in-house experience Marketer to have full ownership of the marketing strategy and budget.

The Head of Marketing / Head of eCommerce Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager will:

– Execute marketing activities across multiple channels.
– Manage and own the budget for external agencies, use a data driven approach to analyse existing spend.
– Consistently test, measure and iterate changes across all digital assets.
– Develop and execute campaigns that drive demand and qualified leads, with a focus on diversifying channels (website, SEO, digital advertising, etc.)
– Help the Co achieve its growth and revenue goals.

The Head of Marketing / Head of eCommerce Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager must have:

– Proven marketing experience within a DTC ecommerce start-up business.
– A collaborative working style and effective communication skills.
– Strong stakeholder management.
– A proactive nature – a self-starter who can work with little guidance, take your own initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude.
